A report on the implementation of scientific and technological tasks in 2011

The university, universities, institutes,colleges, institutes and centersResearch under the Ministry of Education and TrainingTo estimate the basis of allocation of budget for science and technology in 2012, the requirements of universities, colleges, institutes, colleges, institutes and research centers affiliated (hereinafter referred referred to as units) and report on performance topics / projects / tasks of science and technology in 2011 and data communication service estimates as follows:
I. THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TOPICS / PROJECTS / TASKS & T
1. The task of science and technology for the State, including (1) the subject independently, (2) national task, (3) pilot production projects, (4) collaborative research tasks under the Protocol signed with foreign countries, (5) basic research-oriented applications, (6) the subject of scientific programs and communication technology for the ministries / sectors).
2. The task of science and technology ministerial level, including (1) the preservation of stored germplasm, (2) Program of Science and Technology Ministry; (3) scientific and technological level ministries; (4) of scientific and technological management support and direct the education sector; (5) production projects for the test, (6) construction project to repair small, (7) strengthening project research capacity, (8) S & T tasks assigned directly.
3. S & T mission level, including topics / tasks for S & T base, conferences, scientific seminars, and other S & T activities of the unit.
Ministry of units required to report all of the topics / S & T tasks funded in 2011. Unit set up a joint report evaluating the implementation of the subject / project, task & T of the unit, make a list of all the topics / projects do not complete the task in 2011, proposed a plan for resolving the existing problems, these problems arise, if the recommendations proposed.
