Sony Ericsson officially "death"


 Sony has officially completed acquisitions Sony Ericsson and Sony Ericsson brand will completely disappear, but instead will be Sony Mobile Communications.

Japanese electronics company acquired the remaining 50% share in Sony Ericsson for $ 1.5 billion.
