The lesson for those who dare, "joked the" with Google

Google has a very strict laws about the user's requirements when they use Google's services. And "giants" search shows its provisions not set out just for fun, but really strong hands with those who violate it.
One of the most stringent regulations of Google that is the age of the users of its services. Accordingly, Google rules over 13 years old who are allowed to use Google services like Gmail, Blogger or Google + ... for the firm, age under 13 is too young to be familiar with the Internet.

The company showed its tough case for "breaking the law".
Rich Warren, a software engineer living in Texas (USA) thought that Google's rules and procedures are only ignored it, as he gives his daughter a Google account so that she can relate contact with grandparents and friends. Haruko, the daughter of Warren has also set up a blog on Google's Blogger service to make class project.
However, Google has decided to close all Haruko her service on the grounds that she was too young and had violated laws require users of Google.

Now, Rich said her daughter is very sad and cried a lot because I could not access the blog post, exercises and contact information of relatives to save on your Google account.
In Google's rules are clearly defined, users will not use its services if not reached full legal age to agree to the terms of Google, or have enough age to use the service Internet service. In the U.S., Google must comply with the law on protection of children online environment in which children under 13 must get permission of a parent or guardian before participating in the shared services and information on the online environment.
Haruko case is different. Although less than 13 years old girl and her account has been created, but she was completely permission of his father, who create an account for her. However, Google has closed her account without giving any warning does. Rich Warren feel disgruntled for Google's behavior and that there are still other measures to solve the case.
"An apology will always be accepted" - Google + Rich wrote on my page - "Will I be able to download contact information and email her? Surely many people also share this problem, does Google always do so to solve the problem? "
Reportedly, this is not the first time Google user account locked for lack of under-age. In July last, a boy 10 years the Dutch have used my Gmail account to sign up a Google account +, and that is where the problem occurs.
Boy named Alex was then Google "rid" from all its service for violating rights of use. However, with this boy's case is different, because he has 29 days to prove that he has over 13 years old, before all his services were closed completely. And of course, he could not prove.
