the death of Kim Jong-il_The President of People Republic of Korea



 North Korea has organized a day of mourning for her leadership of Kim Jong-il today, 29/12, a day after his funeral.
   State television showed crowds of people and soldiers gather during a memorial service at the main square in Pyongyang.
Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Kim Yong-nam has eulogy before a crowd, including his son Kim Jong-il, Kim Jong-un.


State media in North Korea today described Mr Kim Jong-un is the "supreme leader of the party, government and military."
Three minutes of silence will be observed as well and then ship all over the country were simultaneously sounded the horn back, according to BBC.
Memorial service was held at Kim Il Sung Square ended with artillery display, closed 13 days of mourning for 69-year-old leader, who died on 17.12.
"The heart of the great Comrade Kim Jong-il has stopped beating ... The (leader Kim Jong-il) left us suddenly and extraordinary loss for the party and the greatest of our revolution" Mr. Kim Jong-nam told the crowd.
In a eulogy, Mr. Kim Jong-nam also praised Kim Jong-il on his contribution to "peace and stability in the global 21st century."
On Tuesday, thousands of North Korea between crying and wailing snow when his hearse Kim Jong-il is the procession through the streets of the capital Pyongyang.


No foreign delegations which attended the funeral events, according to BBC. However, the United Nations offices around the world has half mast.
A spokesman at the UN headquarters in New York, USA said, this move is done at the request of Pyongyang, but it is a normal part of the ritual of the funeral of every head.
